Leighton Meester

Leighton Meester is an American actor, model, singer, and songwriter. She is popularly known for her character 'Blair Waldorf' in the popular television drama series, 'Gossip Geek..' Leighton Meester began her career in the industry as an early girl. During her childhood she was a part of the local stage production of 'Wizard of Oz,' then her enthusiasm for acting increased. She began working by acting in commercials as well as modeling. For modeling assignments, she has been a part of major brands, including 'Herbal Essences' Vera Wang,' Jimmy Choo as well as Ralph Lauren.' Although she started her professional career as an actress, she later branched out into acting. Her career in acting began on the show on television called 'Law and Order'. She has since appeared in cameo roles on feature films and TV series including 'Country Strength", 'Monte Carlo' and 'Killer Movie'.
